Where reflection meets action

Coaching for leaders navigating bigger roles, tougher stakeholders, and new cultures. Grounded in two decades of leading teams across Europe and Asia, because I have lived what you are navigating.

Close-up of a woman with short reddish-brown hair and blue eyes smiling, wearing a blue hoodie, in a room with white cabinets and bookshelves in the background.

I will hold space, but I won’t hold back if there is something you need to hear.

Is this you?

You deliver brilliantly. Quietly.

You have been passed over for a role you know you could do, and nobody can quite tell you why.

You are leading in a new country or culture and need to earn trust faster than feels comfortable.

You are stepping up from delivering the work to influencing the people who decide things.

You are capable, operational, and honestly a bit sceptical about coaching. That is a completely normal place to start.

How I coach

Co-Active at the core, candour throughout

Values-driven clarity

We align what you do with what actually matters to you, so decisions flow from purpose rather than pressure. Leadership gets lighter when it stops being a performance.

Direct inquiry

I will ask the powerful question. And when I see something useful, I will name it: the underselling, the waiting to speak, the stakeholders who barely know you. You do not need six sessions of open questions. You need honesty.

Actionable growth

Insight becomes small, deliberate experiments between sessions: speaking up earlier, updating stakeholders before they ask. Small changes, compounding visibly.

Silke has done an excellent coaching for me in a phase of transition when leaving my job after over 10 years and starting a new one. She has helped me in becoming more aware of my inner values and beliefs, has challenged me to look deeper and has encouraged me to grow in the best possible way . I can't thank her enough for what she has done for me and am deeply grateful for the experience, which I strongly recommend to everyone who wants to get the most of one's inner potential, past experience and future aspiration.

I benefitted immensely from working with Silke as my coach.  She's highly perceptive and able to notice subtle shifts in my energy during sessions, which provided an opportunity to deepen the conversation and my own self-awareness whenever she reflected such shifts back to me in the moment.  She also masterfully balances creating safety and support with gentle challenge through powerful questions, enabling me to feel comfortable examining limiting beliefs.  This, combined with encouraging acknowledgement and celebration of accomplishments, really helped increase my confidence and clarity to make meaningful progress toward my goals.  I would highly recommend Silke as a coach to anyone navigating life or career transitions

What I like most with Silke is her natural and ability to create a comfortable space for me, where I can truly be myself without fear of judgment. She is very kind and empathetic, which was the approach I needed to open up. From this place, she asks great questions to help me reflecting further, but always in the respect of my limits and supporting me through any emerging emotions. I’m amazed how she raises back my own reflections from previous sessions (some that even myself didn’t recall), which gives me a feeling of being truly listened to and cared for. Each session is a catalyst for me to go deeper and learn from myself, in a way I wouldn’t have on my own. This has been really impactful in clarifying my thoughts to ultimately pursue my goals

A story from the room

The leader who didn’t buy it

A senior leader once opened our first session by telling me she didn't really believe in coaching. Very capable, very operational, and just passed over for a more strategic role. I would rather work with that scepticism than pretend it isn't there.

The issue was never her ability. It was that the people above her had no real sense of how she thought. She delivered brilliantly, but quietly. So I said what I saw, and she started experimenting: speaking up earlier in leadership meetings, reaching out to stakeholders before they had to ask.

It didn't happen overnight. But by the time we wrapped up, she was being considered for the promotion she had missed before we started.

Coaching

Three doors into the same work

Executive and leadership

For leaders carrying real accountability who need somewhere to think that is not their team, their boss or their partner.

Career

For people at a hinge point who want to choose deliberately rather than react to what happens.

Health and wellbeing

For people whose working life has outgrown the way they are looking after themselves.

Begin

Bring the real thing. We'll start there.

A chemistry session is free and pressure-free. Thirty minutes, no pitch. If I'm not the right coach for you, I'll point you to someone who is.
